1st 30 mins: Mindset & Journaling
1 hour and 15 mins: Choreographed dance aligned with intention (Bollywood, Bollywood Femme/Sass, Jazz Funk)
Last 15 mins: Mindset & Reflection & Impromptu Dance Party
